Hypixel Fly Drama Explained - All the info we have!
I just got more info on this enitre ordeal, and it’s quite interesting.
Before I begin though, I’d like to say that MCN is a completely independant 3rd party when it comes to this matter, and that not everything I say should be regarded as a fact. I’ll probably use words/phrases like ‚apparently‘, ‚according to …‘, ‚would‘, ‚could‘ and ‚may‘ to signalise this isn’t a certain. This is becoming quite a Drama and I’m doing my best to document it all, but leave a comment if I’ve missed anything or you disagree.
A couple days ago, news broke out that Dort apparently made a custom Hypixel fly. This would be infinite, and clips of someone using it had already been circulating around the community prior, but nobody knew who it was, of course.
Tenacity was the first client to implement this. At the time of writing this post, Novoline has also added it, as well as improved it. Apparently, it now flies up to 450 blocks, according to Noah who has used it himself.
Well, as my new writer posted today, Tear did not like the Diablo Developer, Vince, ’stealing‘ his fly, and therefore tried reaching out to the Hypixel admins explaining how the fly works for them to patch it. But wait a minute… his fly? I thought Dort made it?
This is where it gets confusing and where the two sides claim different things. As said before, Dort claims he made the fly, which is also shown in the screenshot above. However, I was DMing tear this morning (we definitely weren’t talking about sexual shit) when he said this:
He also attached this streamable of him flying around on the 11th of April, which he used as proof that HE was the one who made the fly. I also asked him about the video we showed off in our original post, which was filmed on the same day, and he said that that was supposedly someone else named Bree, who was also using his fly.
To his credit, it would make sense, since Tenacity had the fly first, and according to tear he was the one who added it to Tenacity.
However, the story becomes complicated once more after he said this:
Error made his own Hypixel fly as well, as showin in these screenshots:
Tear said Error essentially skidded his fly. Error announced in the Public Azura discord last night that he had improved his fly to go 150 blocks.
Lastly, tear said his fly is not infinite:
I asked my Admin, Noahgg, about this since he actually owns Tennacity, and according to him the fly is 200 blocks on Tenacity and 450 on Novoline.
In conclusion, there are two sides:
1. Side A
Side A claims that Dort made the fly, Error made his own fly, and that dort’s fly is basically infinite. This fly would be implemented directly into Tenacity, and it goes 200 blocks.
2. Side B
Side B claims tear made the fly, Error skidded said fly, and that tear’s fly goes 50-60 blocks. (Which is weird because Noah told me it’s further…)
Most people lean towards side A, since it does seem to have the most evidence towards it. Keep in mind Side B is only tear’s word, while most of the community stands behind Side B. However, it could be that Dort and his friends are fooling everyone, and that Tear is right all along. We might get an answer very soon, or we might never get an answer. Either way, I’ll try to keep you guys updated.

Part 2, written a couple hours later
Before I begin, I’m going to paste what I wrote last post:

Anyways, right after writing the first post, I was immediately reached out to by a guy named ezMatt, who provided me… interesting information. So grab some popcorn guys, I am here to show you a third side to this story.
ezMatt is/was a developer. He used to do a lot of scripting, and was even Diablo dev for a while, before getting his role removed for not really adding anything for a certain amount of time. According to him, he made the fly 4 months ago. He then shared it with Tear, who is now claiming he made the method. He assumes Tear shared it with Dort but there is no evidence for this. But I’ll come bak to Tear and Dort in a second. Here are the screenshots to prove it:

These were both DMs with Tear. He also showed me screenshots of other DMs, but I don’t really deem those necessary. Point is, he made this in January.
According to ezMatt, he gave the fly method to fatality, (he gave me screenshots to prove this too, but I dont want to make them public since I believe those contain the code and this is a public site, so JUST IN CASE im not gonna share those here) who improved the speed value to make it go further. That would have produced that fly method we had a couple weeks ago. That did get patched, but this new fly method works very similarly. Apparently Tear took this method from ezMatt and claimed he made it. He also shared clips of him experiementing with the fly, which you can see here, here and here. Note the day on the scoreboards.
Lastly, we’re going to have another look at Error, since he also DMed me very soon after the post as well. According to him, his fly was completely different from the fly we have been discussing so far, and even if the other one gets patched, Error’s fly wouldn’t be.
Here are the two sides from last post once more:
1. Side A

We can now add one more:
3. Side C
Side C claims Matt made the fly, gave it to fatality, that got patched, he made this block method, he gave it to tear who claims he made it himself.
EDIT: I was wrong. Dort’s fly is completely different from both. Tenacity does not use Dort’s fly, it’s the block fly that side B claims tear made and side C claims Matt made.
Because of this, Side A is most likely correct aside from the Tenacity part, as I just explained. As for side B and C, it depends what you guys believe in.
Once again, all we can verify is true is the content within the screenshots and the videos. I will personally not give my opinion on this matter, but you guys are free to down below 🙂
