Rise Source Leak

I’m very late with this one, I just wanted to check in with the devs if it was okay to write a post about this and that ended up taking longer than I had expected. Anyways, I just want to put all the information I got in a single post and be as transparent about this as possible.

A couple days ago, the Rise source code got leaked for the version 5.90. Originally, this didn’t effect much, but yesterday afternoon Hypixel pushed out a massive Watchdog (Hypixel’s anticheat) update, and according to rise developers, they used the leaked source code to essentially find how Rise bypassed and patch it. This didn’t just effect Rise massively, basically every client became fully patched. Tenacity has already pushed out an update that should unpatch most things.

Thankfully, the Rise developers have let me know that there will be an update today/tomorrow (depending on timezones) that should unpatch most things, so don’t worry, it’s not the end of clients.

Rise will continue as normal, as will most clients. 6.0 is coming soon and I am SOOO excited for it!

Anyways, I’m about to write a post about the Tenacity Update, and then that will most likely be it for today.
